Project Overview

TEC Services was engaged to deliver the full design, supply, and installation of Electrical and Communication Services for the Rail Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) Buildings and associated site services. This comprehensive scope formed a critical part of the broader rail terminal development, supporting the safe and efficient operation of key maintenance and administration functions.

The works included end-to-end responsibilities encompassing design, fabrication, testing, delivery, and erection of electrical and communication systems. Additionally, TEC Services undertook all associated instrumentation and control works required for integration with site-wide operational systems.
