Nathan Macaulay leads project delivery at TEC Services, ensuring quality, time, and budget targets are met. Known for his practical approach, he manages complex projects across various disciplines, setting high standards for quality and safety.

Chris Forth leads operations at TEC Services, supporting the delivery of construction and projects across Australia. As Head of Operations, Chris focuses on strengthening systems, improving project execution, and enabling sustainable growth across the business.

With experience across technology, mining, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure, Chris brings a practical understanding of complex operational environments. He previously led the Edge Business Unit at NEXTDC, overseeing data centre project delivery, and held a senior role at BHP as Global Data Centre Manager, with a strong focus on regional and remote operations.

Chris’ background in high-performance, asset-intensive industries supports TEC Services continued growth and commitment to safe, reliable, and efficient project delivery.

Bernadette Kay is the HSE Advisor at TEC Services, supporting the business in maintaining safe, compliant, and practical work practices across its operations and project delivery.

Since joining TEC Services in 2022, Bernadette has played an important role across HSE, mobilisation, document control, assets, stores, and office coordination. Her strong organisational skills and practical understanding of operational requirements help ensure teams are well supported and project activities run smoothly.

Before joining TEC Services, Bernadette spent more than a decade with Pilbara Ports Authority as Stores Manager and Asset Coordinator, bringing valuable experience in asset management, logistics, compliance, and operational support.

Gary, the People and Culture and Business Support Manager at TEC Services, is responsible for managing all HR policies and procedures. He fosters a strong culture of teamwork, recognising and rewarding individual contributions. Gary understands that employee training and development are key to long-term business success. As a member of the Business Improvement Team, he supports the Head of Operations and Head of Projects in running the departments efficiently.
Before joining TEC Services, Gary spent over 40 years in senior management roles at 3M Australia. His experience spans Divisional Management roles in Safety, Industrial, and Mining sectors.

Mitch Boult is the Electrical Manager at TEC Services, leading the delivery and coordination of electrical works across the business. He supports project teams with technical guidance, planning, quality control, and safe execution to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

With strong practical experience in electrical services, Mitch plays an important role in managing resources, supporting site teams, and maintaining compliance across projects. His hands-on approach and focus on reliability help TEC Services deliver safe, effective, and professional electrical solutions for clients across the region.

Scott leads the Hydraulics department at TEC Services, overseeing hydraulic works and technicians. Holding the Company’s Plumbing Contractor and Gas Fitting Licenses, he ensures efficient plumbing operations and leads a skilled team. Scott’s focus on customer service has driven growth in the department and fostered positive client feedback.

James Watsford leads building teams across various projects at TEC Services, with a focus on safety and environmental considerations. With over 20 years of experience in the Building and Construction Industry, he has successfully managed domestic, commercial, and industrial projects, all completed without incident. James is known for his strong leadership and commitment to team development.

Tony Ide manages the Building and Facilities department at TEC Services, ensuring efficient construction and operations. With 40 years of experience and a Registered Building Contractor license, he prioritises safety. Tony is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, that are fully compliant with building codes.

Erin Turnbull manages the Finance and Administration team at TEC Services, supporting the financial, administrative, and operational functions that help keep the business running smoothly.

In her role, Erin oversees key finance and administration processes, working closely with project teams, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong business support. Her organised and practical approach helps maintain reliable systems, clear communication, and effective day-to-day operations across the company.

Erin plays an important role in supporting TEC Services continued growth by helping ensure the business remains well coordinated, financially disciplined, and operationally efficient.

With a strong background in electrical construction, commissioning, fault finding, and project supervision, Anthony brings a practical and technically focused approach to managing works safely and efficiently. His experience spans commercial, civil, industrial, mining, and remote project environments, including supervision of teams, scheduling, quality control, compliance, and client coordination.

Anthony is known for his professionalism, strong safety focus, and ability to lead teams through complex site requirements. His broad technical experience across electrical, mechanical, construction, and commissioning works supports TEC Services in delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes for clients across the Pilbara and wider regional markets.
