The Scope of Work completed in Stage one was the following: a major overhaul of the existing infrastructure controlling the refuelling from the pier to the sites bulk fuel facility. Then to transfer to the ready fuel facility at the power station feeding the diesel generators at the power station. Stage two to be completed includes the changeover facilitating the use of PLC and instrumentation to control transferring diesel.
