Tec Services were awarded the Tender to conduct upgrades to the Internal & Externals of the Town of Port Hedland Property at 18 Counihan Crescent Port Hedland.

Internals:
- Demolition of existing kitchen
- Full kitchen refurbishment including all fixings
- Supply & Install vinyl plank flooring
- Internal Painting
External:
- Supply & Install decking & fencing around pool area
- Supply & Install garrison fencing to boundary
- Landscaping including reticulation
