The Project includes but is not limited to the following key areas:

• Provision of security fencing and gates;
• Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system;
• Electronic Access Control System (EACS);
• Internal voice over IP communications circuit between specified areas;
• Emergency Public Address and Alert System (EPAS);
• Associated support services required to operate the infrastructure (including power supply and connectivity
• Standalone Off-Grid Solar System (40kw & 10kw systems)
• Fibre Optics and Communications Infrastructure
